Timeclock
A time clock that runs on your own network. Put one program on a spare machine and every tablet in the shop becomes a punch station. Clock in and out, lunches, corrections, PTO, and a tamper-evident audit trail. No per-person monthly fee and no cloud account to get locked out of.
Local Tasks
A task manager for a crew that outgrew the whiteboard but does not want another subscription. Spaces, lists, board and list views, comments, custom fields, and updates that appear on everyone's screen as they happen. Self-hosted, so the work history stays yours.
Wingman
The follow-up nobody has time to send. It keeps track of the jobs you finished and has the email already written when it is time to check in, ask for a review, or ask for a referral. Drafted in the shop's own voice by a model running on the shop's own hardware. Nothing reaches a customer until a person reads it and approves it.
HealthSync Companion
Fitbit data into Apple Health, privately. Sleep stages, heart rate, blood oxygen, and eight more metrics, moved through a bridge we run that deletes its copy the moment your phone confirms the write. No data brokers, no ads, no analytics. Past 30 days in production, 160,000 API calls served at 99.99% success.
Morning Briefing (example)
An example of a daily report built from a business's own tools: financial summaries, the day's schedule and system health in one morning email. The figures shown are sample data.
Fleet Command
Vehicle tracking, fuel costs, trip history, and maintenance scheduling for small fleets. OBD2 telemetry from the vehicle flows straight into one dashboard, so nobody is keeping a mileage log in a notebook.
