Hi, I'm Matthew.

I'm Matthew Williams, and I build automation systems for small businesses. Not the buzzwordy kind. The kind where your morning report shows up before your coffee is ready, your tools talk to each other without you copying data, and your website actually brings in calls.

I started Parallax Intelligence Partnership because I kept seeing the same problem: small business owners (contractors, salon owners, auto shops) spending hours every day on things a computer should handle. They're great at what they do, but they're drowning in admin work that doesn't need a human touch.

I live in Battle Creek, right in the heart of Southwest Michigan. I grew up around here, and I know what it's like to live in a community where your reputation is everything. Battle Creek, Kalamazoo, Marshall, Albion, Coldwater. These are towns where people could still do business on a handshake. That's the kind of trust I want to build on.

I use AI as a force multiplier, not a replacement. The right tools in the right hands can make one person as effective as a team of ten. That's not a sales pitch. It's how I run my own business. Every system I build for a client, I've built a version of for myself first.
