These terms govern your use of parallaxintelligence.ai and the free tools on it. They are written in plain English on purpose. By using the site you agree to them. Paid work is different: every client engagement is governed by its own written agreement, and nothing on this website is a binding offer or a quote.
Who We Are
Parallax Intelligence Partnership, LLC is a Michigan company providing business automation, email security, and web presence services to small businesses, primarily in Southwest Michigan.
Using the Site
You may use the site for any lawful purpose. You may not attempt to break it, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, scrape it wholesale, or use it to harm others. That is the whole rule.
The Free Tools
The savings calculator produces planning estimates, not quotes. The instant email security check reads only the records a domain publishes publicly and is informational; it is not a security audit, a guarantee, or professional advice, and a good result does not mean a domain cannot be abused. Use the check on domains you own or are authorized to assess, and do not hit it with bulk or automated lookups.
Our Content
The writing, images, and product names on this site belong to us. Quote us with attribution all you like; do not republish whole pages or pass our work off as yours. Case studies describe real work but individual results vary.
No Warranties
The site and its free tools are provided as-is and as-available. We work to keep everything accurate and online, but we do not promise the site will be error-free or uninterrupted, and information on it may become outdated.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parallax Intelligence Partnership, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or its free tools. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us to use the site, which is zero.
Third-Party Services
Some features rely on third parties: Cloudflare delivers the site and answers the instant check's DNS lookups, and our booking and chat widgets are separate services with their own terms. Links to other websites do not mean we endorse or control them.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute over them belongs in the state or federal courts of Michigan.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes appear on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
