What we would not recommend
A frank assessment of which ideas are not worth your budget, and why. Knowing what to leave alone is often the most valuable outcome of the hour, and it is not something a vendor selling a subscription will tell you.

Common questions
- What does the walkthrough cost?
- Nothing. The hour and the written summary that follows it are both free, and we never ask for payment details. If you decide you want something built afterward, that work is scoped and quoted separately, and you are under no obligation to take it.
- What happens during the hour?
- We look at how your business actually runs: where work is being retyped, where things get dropped between people, which tools your team is already using, and where your information could be exposed. It is a working conversation about your operation, not a presentation.
- Why does the data question matter?
- AI tools are usually adopted by staff directly, before a business has had the chance to set any guidance. That commonly leaves an organization without a written policy, without a record of which tools are in use, and without visibility into what information has been entered. It is a straightforward thing to get in front of, and much easier to address early.
- What do I receive afterward?
- A written summary of what we found and what we would recommend, in priority order. It is yours to keep and act on however you like, including taking it to someone else.
- Do I have to buy anything?
- No. Many businesses will take the hour, get a clear answer, and act on it themselves. If you would rather we implemented the recommendations, we will scope and quote that work separately.
- Which businesses is this for?
- Small and mid sized businesses in southwest Michigan, generally between five and fifty staff. The walkthrough is conducted on site, one on one, so travel distance is the practical limit.
- Do you resell AI software?
- No. We hold no software licenses for resale and take no commission on any vendor's product, so our recommendations are not influenced by what pays us. If the right answer is a tool you already have, that is what we will tell you.
