Your Tools, Finally
Talking to Each Other
We connect your disconnected business tools into a single, automated flow — so you never copy data by hand again.
Workflow automation for trades, contractors, and small service businesses in Battle Creek and Southwest Michigan.
You're the glue holding your business tools together.
You've got QuickBooks over here, your scheduling app over there, email in a third tab, and a spreadsheet that ties it all together — manually, every day. You log into five different systems to get a picture of how the week is going. When something falls through the cracks, you're the one who finds out the hard way.
New lead comes in — you copy it into the CRM by hand. Job finishes — you update the calendar, send the invoice, and follow up three days later, also by hand. Something breaks overnight — you find out Monday morning when a customer calls.
This is what life looks like before automation. It's not your fault — most software isn't built to talk to each other. That's exactly what we fix.
Four Things That Change How You Work
Every engagement includes the same core building blocks, configured for your specific business and tools.
Tool Connection
We link your CRM, email, calendar, QuickBooks, and any other tool you use into one connected system. Data flows where it needs to go — without you touching it. If it has an API, we can connect it.
Automated Workflows
Repetitive tasks run themselves. New lead comes in? Follow-up sent automatically. Invoice paid? Books updated without logging in. Job completed? Customer gets a thank-you and a review request. All without lifting a finger.
Smart Alerts
Get notified when something needs your attention — not when everything is fine. A workflow failed? You hear about it immediately. A job is overdue? You get pinged. No constant noise, just signal when it matters.
Custom Dashboard
See everything in one place. Your numbers, your schedule, your alerts — before your first coffee. No more logging into five apps to figure out how the day looks. One screen, everything you need. Pair it with our Morning Brief for a full daily intelligence report delivered to your inbox. See our work examples.
Everything Visible at a Glance
A real-time dashboard that consolidates status updates from multiple tools into one view. Every metric that matters, every system that runs, visible at a glance.
Yours will be built around your business: your jobs, your revenue, your alerts. Not a generic template — a dashboard built for how you actually work.

- What tools can you connect?
- If it has an API or sends email, we can probably connect it. Common ones: QuickBooks, Google Workspace, CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.), scheduling tools (Jobber, ServiceTitan), email platforms, and more. We'll audit your current tools in the discovery call so there are no surprises. We're also upfront if something isn't possible — that saves everyone time.
- How long does setup take?
- Most automations are live within 2–4 weeks. Simple connections can be same-week. We work in phases so you see results fast — we don't disappear for a month and come back with a finished product. You'll have something running and saving you time before the project is even complete.
- What if something breaks?
- We monitor everything. If a workflow fails, we get alerted before you do and fix it. You also get a status dashboard so you always know what's running. Most clients say they never think about the automation because it just works — and when it doesn't, it's handled before they notice.
- Do I need to change my existing tools?
- No. We work with what you already use. The whole point is connecting your existing tools, not replacing them. You keep your QuickBooks, your scheduling app, your email — we just make them aware of each other. If a tool truly can't be connected, we'll tell you upfront and suggest an alternative that fits your workflow.
- Is this only for big businesses?
- Absolutely not — in fact, automation tends to have the most impact for small businesses where the owner is doing everything manually. If you're a solo contractor, a five-person service team, or a small office doing everything by hand, you're exactly who this is built for. You don't need an IT department. You need things to work.
